WHAT WE DO

Exhibit Development

Along with interpretive planning, exhibit development is one of Apropos’ main areas of activity. This phase of a project involves close collaboration between designers and exhibit content planners. By working closely and creatively together, we can turn a concept into a successful and exciting exhibit that conveys its messages clearly and cleanly, without a lot of extra information that might confuse and overwhelm visitors.

After determining the best possible media for each message, Apropos goes about the process of locating the best images, artifacts, AV materials, computer interactives, and other media that will be used in the exhibit. Knowing where to go for these materials is a specialized skill in itself.

Apropos has undertaken dozens of exhibit development projects. WE are proud of our reputation for being thorough and creative in this work, and also of our continual efforts to stay up to date with new exhibit media.
