WHAT WE DO

Interpretive Planning

An interpretive plan is the document that directs the development of a new exhibit or other visitor attraction. It includes a statement of objectives, main theme(s) and sub-themes, and the key messages to be developed under each sub-theme. Depending on the project and how the client wants to proceed, an interpretive plan may also include the storyline and a media plan, which outlines which media will be used to convey which messages.

Apropos has produced interpretive plans for a wide variety of organizations and museum developments.
