CANADIAN PARTICIPATION EXPO '93

When 100 nations gathered at Expo 93, Canada stood out. The Canada Pavilion earned a 5-star rating in the official guidebook.
From 1991 to 1993, Apropos Planning played a key role in developing Canadas presence at the event. We consulted stakeholders, wrote the theme document and then coordinated content for the pavilion and outreach programs. Our theme statement Partners for A Better World was adopted as Canadas official slogan.

After consulting market research on Korean tastes, Canada used an animal mascot in its Pavilion.
Apropos Planning coordinated pavilion messaging in an animated video, motion-enhanced film experience, and interactive exhibit hall.
After extensive national consultations, Apropos Planning developed the overall objectives, themes and vision for Canadas participation in Expo 93. Korean press rated Canada the top international pavilion at Expo 93.
