URBANIA, MUSEO DE LOS NINOS
Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1998

The old marketplace of Abasto in Buenos Aires, Argentina has been transformed into a sparkling shopping centre and condominium complex. At the centre is a new children’s museum, Urbania.

Apropos Planning helped develop the overall exhibit concept for Urbania. The final product is an engaging hands-on, heads-on, body-on experience that helps youngsters understand the city they live in.
The exhibit is built around the organizing structure of neighbourhoods and the theme “we are all connected.”.

The exhibit provides physical discovery activities for children by placing exhibits on different levels.
